Muskogee Medical Foundation Hosts Free Drive-Through Christmas Dinner at Civic Center |
Annual Event Continues Tradition of Community Support and Holiday Cheer |
The Muskogee Medical Foundation is set to host its annual free drive-through Christmas dinner at 12 p.m. on Christmas Day at the Muskogee Civic Center.
Traffic will enter on 4th Street, accessible from either Okmulgee or Columbus, forming a two-lane, one-way flow down Boston Street in front of the Civic Center. Consider arriving before noon.
Vehicles will exit on 5th Street.
Established in 2012 to benefit residents of the Gospel Rescue Mission, the event expanded in 2013 to the Frisco Depot at the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame to accommodate a broader audience.
By 2018, due to its growing popularity, the dinner moved to the Muskogee Civic Center.
In 2020, it transitioned to a drive-through format to better serve the community.
This cherished event is free and open to all.
Generous support comes from local sponsors, including Mahylon's, Bronko's Pit Q, and Love Bottling.
For those interested in volunteering, please email: muskogeemedicalfoundation@gmail.com.
