Fort Gibson High School Royal Regiment Band Shines at 2025 Christmas Parade

The streets of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma, were alive with festive cheer as the  Fort Gibson High School Royal Regiment Band marched in the annual Christmas Parade on December 6, 2025.

 

Fresh from their victory at the Oklahoma Bandmasters Association (OBA) Class 4A State Marching Championship, the band delivered a performance that captivated the community.

 

The parade, themed "It's a Christmas Light Show," featured over 40 entries, including the Oktaha High School Band and local Jeep groups adorned with festive lights.

 

Deputy Town Administrator Amanda Smith highlighted the event's role in fostering holiday spirit and community pride.

 

As the Royal Regiment marched in the parade, their melodies resonated with the crowd, embodying the town's rich musical heritage and the band's dedication.

 

Their performance not only celebrated their recent achievements but also reinforced the strong bond between the band and the Fort Gibson community.
